Today we are making our special Easy And Tasty Dhaba Style Mutton Curry Recipe. We all wish to eat food from Dhaba (roadside food joint) while traveling. Nowadays you’ll find many fake Dhaba and taste of their food is additionally fake, nowhere on the brink of the authentic ones. Luckily few old and original Dhaba in India still sell the simplest meals. After tasting those foods, you’ll probably think that their cooks must have some quite magical hands. one day I have tasted their ‘mutton curry’ …. a rich, creamy, flavourful gravy and juicy, succulent meat pieces. So today I will be able to teach u the way to make Dhaba style mutton curry in your home.

-: INGREDIENTS OF DHABA STYLE MUTTON CURRY:-

  • 500 grams of mutton pieces.
  • 3 no green cardamoms.
  • 2 no cloves.
  • 3 Tablespoons of mustard oil.
  • 5 medium-size onion, thinly sliced.
  • 2 Tablespoons coarse paste of ginger, garlic and green chilies.
  • yogurt-3 Tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder-1 Teaspoon
  •  Spicy chili powder- 2 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder-1 teaspoon
  • Roasted coriander powder-1 teaspoon
  • 5 no’s of green chilies.
  • Kasturi matai / dry fenugreek leaves-1 A teaspoon
  •  Ghee/butter-1 Tablespoon
  • Salt and sugar as per test.
  • Hot water.
  • 1 Tablespoon of grated raw papaya with skin.

-: METHOD OF DHABA STYLE MUTTON CURRY RECIPE STEP BY STEP:-

 

STEP:-1 When u make tasty Dhaba Style Mutton Curry Recipe, then first you have to Marinate the mutton with yogurt, raw papaya, ginger garlic green chili paste, salt, turmeric powder, Spicy chili powder, Roasted cumin powder, Roasted coriander powder, Kasturi matai, and a Tablespoon of mustard oil and mixed properly. Keep it within the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours

STEP:-2 Now we are taking a pan, put some mustard oil, and heat it. Then put onion slices alongside some salt until golden in color.

STEP:-3Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook for quarter-hour on medium flame.
Scrape the edges and keep stirring.

STEP:-4 So now we are adding predicament and a pinch of sugar. Mix well and cook until the meat becomes the raw smell has gone. it’ll take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Use an autoclave if you’re in hurry.

STEP:-5When the meat becomes fully cooked, keep the curry on very low heat.

STEP:-6 For the tempering, heat the ghee in another small pan. take a frying pan on aside of gas range, put little ghee fry the green cardamom and cloves with little green chilies for a moment. Then add crushed Kasuri methi. Saute for few seconds and pour it everywhere the cooked mutton. Mix well.

STEP:-7 Let it rest for a couple of minutes, then serve. Before serving you’ll also add some chopped coriander leaves.

STEP:-8 For the smokey flavor, heat charcoal alright then place a steel bowl on the curry, but the recent charcoal within the bowl and add little ghee upon it. Immediately cover the vessel and let the smoke calm down for 2-3 minutes, then close up the warmth, remove the bowl, and serve.

STEP:-9 Now ready our famous easy Dhaba style mutton curry. you can serve it roti or rice at lunch or dinner time.
