-: STORY OF CHILI CHICKEN:-

Though Chili Chicken is taken into account Indo-Chinese. it’s very less likely that any Chinese people would have tasted. this was a mouth-watering dish for many Indians but hardly tried by any Chinese person. My guess about this dish that it originated in India and considered Indo-Chinese because its ingredients include soy.

This recipe is super healthy also as low in calories and high in flavor. Traditionally, in Indian cuisine, we fry the marinated chicken then add into the condiment. However, here I attempted to form it healthy and quick. additionally, I even have added only three sorts of sauce (tomato ketchup, hot chili, and soy) which is definitely available in everyone’s kitchen. When you picking chicken, I have used boneless skinless pigeon breasts, but you’ll also use chicken with bone.

-: INGREDIENTS :-

  • Chicken-500 gm
  • Dice Onion-100 gm
  • Capsicum-100 gm
  • Carrot-1 no
  • Garlic(chopped)-2 teaspoon
  • Ginger(chopped)-2 teaspoon
  • Green Chili(Dimond cutting)-5 no
  • Soya Sauce-2 teaspoon
  • Green Chili Sauce-3 teaspoon
  • Red chili Sauce-2 teaspoon
  • Tomato Ketchup-3 teaspoon
  • Onion (chopped)-4 tablespoon
  • Salt-as per test
  • Sugar-2 teaspoon
  • Oil-4 tablespoon

For chicken marination—-

  • Cornstarch-3 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder-1 teaspoon
  • Egg-2 no

-: METHODS:-

 

STEP 1:-If you want to make chili chicken, you have to marinate the chicken first. So, for that, you have to take the pot and add the chicken pieces and turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt according to the test, break two eggs and add some flour, cornstarch for crispy.keep aside for 15 minutes.

STEP 2:-So in this step, you have to fry that marinated chicken. Now we are taking some oil on a small shoulder. Heat the oil a little. Now gently dip the chicken round in the oil. Put the well-fried chicken on the side.

STEP 3:-This time we are taking another kadhai with a little oil and chopped garlic, chopped ginger for some time. Then there is no need for the brown color in fried chopped onion, then add diced onion, diced capsicum , pieces of carrot, diamond chopped green chilies. Fry for a while then pour the fried chicken. Mix well.

STEP 4:-Now is adding some water if u make dry chili chicken then don’t put.so we add soya sauce (for color), red chili sauce(for spicy), green chili sauce(for the nice flavor of green chili ), tomato ketchup(for sweetness). then we have to put salt and add some sugar.
In last, we are adding cornstarch for thickness.now ready everyone favorite chili chicken.u can serve it with fried rice.
